New Of-Counsel Attorney – Jerome O. Cohen

Holmquist & Gardiner, PLLC is pleased to announce they have associated in an Of-Counsel role, Jerome O. Cohen, J.D.

Having founded his own firm in 1973 he has a strong background in real estate, construction, business transactions and entity formation.  Additionally, Mr. Cohen has served as in-house counsel and president of a regional building construction company and real estate development company.  He therefore brings to the table not just his legal expertise but the perspective of one who has run and managed multiple business operations.

Additionally, Mr. Cohen is engaged in many community activities.  He serves as an active member of the Board of Directors of the Samis Foundation, the South Seattle College President’s Counsel and the Washington Higher Education Facilities Authority. 

He will join our practice representing clients in real estate and business transactions, construction, estate planning, wills and trusts. We are excited to have him join our team!
