Imants Holmquist

Sean Tufts
Sean has over 20 years of experience in retail and shopping center sales in the Northwest with a focus on private and institutional clients as well as developers.
David Cahill
David has 10 years experience in the commercial real estate business, with 8 years as a broker. David is a member of the JLL South Seattle Industrial Brokerage team which serves owners and users of industrial facilities from Seattle to Lacey. David specializes in tenant representation, agency leasing, owner/user sales and investment sales.
Ben Garrett
As a member of Kidder Mathews’ Tenant Advisory Group, Ben works on behalf of office tenants and is passionate about helping companies make excellent leasing decisions. He works with a diverse customer base including tech companies, professional service firms, healthcare providers and nonprofits.
