Holmquist & Gardiner, PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Phil Neale as a new Associate Attorney.
Prior to joining Holmquist & Gardiner, Phil practiced landlord-tenant law and represented clients in unlawful detainers, breach of contract actions, lease drafting, and various other matters related to a wide variety of real estate matters. He is experienced in matters related to real estate. His background in litigation provides him with unique insight when it comes to drafting documents.
Phil earned a JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a bachelor’s from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. During his spare time, Phil enjoys hiking, playing music, and exploring new parts of Washington with his girlfriend.
