Power in legal disputes and negotiations means having knowledge of the law and understanding of the issues to take effective action at every opportunity. I enable clients to mitigate risks involved in business and real estate transactions by educating them on the law and the alternatives. By informing clients I can help them make decisions that limit exposure to liability while continuing efficient operations for the long term.

I was born and raised in the Seattle area. I grew up speaking Latvian and gained proficiency in Swedish while studying in Sweden. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing golf, skiing, and attending Husky football games.
